Successfully leads and tracks training through Adobe.

Leads communication for all company training expectations and systems.

Ability to teach classroom activities (OA, Safety & Security, and GMIT classes)

Support and participate in General Manager rally activities.

Support rollout of new company products and/or training initiatives
-
Communicate scheduled training through company calendar.

Hands on in-store training
SUPPORT BUILDING MARKET GENERAL MANAGER IN-TRAINING BENCH

Communicate and support processes for company career paths.

Support in-store operation (keep the doors open and deliveries running)
Pay will be hourly plus trainer bonus.

Ability to work long hours and be on your feet long periods of time.

Able to stand/sit and drive a vehicle for long periods of time; and

Good hearing, visual, memory, writing, reading, math and organizational skills
