Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Director to lead and execute marketing strategies for our growing health clinics in Dallas, TX. This is an in-person position and a key leadership role focused on increasing patient acquisition, brand visibility, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in digital marketing, bilingual in English and Spanish, and has hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient growth
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns
- Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and rankings
- Manage and optimize workflows and campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives
- Manage branding, messaging, and outreach efforts for the Hispanic community
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are compliant with healthcare standards
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (MANDATORY)
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GoHighLevel (GHL), and SEO
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- Experience marketing healthcare, medical, or service-based businesses preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX
