About the Role
We are a growing private practice looking for a passionate and skilled LCSW to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This is a meaningful leadership opportunity where your clinical expertise takes center stage.

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision to therapists and clinicians on staff
- Ensure quality of care and adherence to ethical standards
- Support and mentor the clinical team
- Collaborate with practice leadership on clinical direction
What We're Looking For
- Active LCSW license in NY
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical background with a passion for mentoring others
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
