Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Foreman/Site Supervisor to lead daily field operations across a variety of construction and sitework projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced equipment operator with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Direct, motivate, and oversee field staff
- Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate daily tasks, equipment needs, and workflow
- Communicate clearly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform grading, foundation excavation, and site preparation
- Install water connections, sewer lines, and related utilities
- Ensure all work meets code, specifications, and project timelines
- Seasonal & Additional Duties
- Snowplowing and winter site maintenance
- Landscaping tasks including material placement, finish grading, and site cleanup
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Operator
- Strong background in loader operation, excavation, and utility installation
- Ability to read plans, understand elevations, and execute precise grading
- Knowledge of water/sewer connections and trench safety
- Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus
- Strong leadership qualities: dependable, proactive, organized, and able to make decisions confidently
- Ability to work full-time with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
