Role Overview:
As a Business Developer at Homewatch Caregivers of Central San Diego, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through strategic outreach efforts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our management team to identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships within the community. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. Base Salary + generous commission structure + training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, community organizations, and referral sources.

Conduct market research to understand local needs and trends in home care.

Create and deliver presentations to promote our services to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Strong understanding of community networking and relationship-building.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Enthusiasm for contributing to the mission of compassionate care.
Bonus If You:
- Have a background in healthcare or a related field.

Experience working in the San Diego area and familiarity with local resources.

Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time OR Full-Time position, available Monday through Friday.
