In this role, you will assist clients with buying and selling residential properties while maintaining strong communication and professional service throughout each transaction.
Our team provides mentorship, marketing resources, and professional guidance to support agents in developing their skills and serving clients effectively in the local housing market.
Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and sellers with residential real estate transactions
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Stay informed about local housing market trends and property values
- Build professional relationships within the community
- Schedule and attend property showings and client meetings
Qualifications
- Interest in real estate sales and client service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Candidates must be licensed by the California Department of Real Estate or currently working toward obtaining their license
