Who You Are:
As a Data Specialist, you will be a part of the post-sales customer support team. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and system data to ensure data integrity across our systems. In this role, you will monitor workflows and automations to ensure processes run smoothly, troubleshoot account, course, and system issues independently, and support operations by providing reliable data insights and corrections. You will also help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen overall data management.

- Experience with Salesforce & Google Workspace preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
