ABA Without the Corporate Feel
Ascend Path ABA was built around a simple idea: we can provide excellent clinical care without burning out the people providing it.
That means:
No corporate red tape.
No being left on your own when a case gets difficult.
No pretending technician burnout is just part of the job.
Instead, we're building a team centered on clinical integrity, collaboration, strong supervision, sustainable growth, and meaningful outcomes for families.
Your BCBA should know your cases.
Your questions should be answered.
Your clinical feedback should matter.
And your time should be respected.
If you're looking for an ABA position where your voice matters and your work is valued, we'd love to meet you.
