PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Shift Manager will oversee all the daily functions of the Reggio’s locations, He/She will direct resources, drive continuous operational improvement, achieve high customer service satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee/assign the day-to-day task to the Crew Members to ensure that the stores are operational.

Ensure that the stores are clean and inventory levels are appropriate to ensure the highest sales goals.

Confirm that equipment is working properly.

Ensure that each customer has an exceptional customer service experience.

Properly train all Crew Members according to Reggio’s Pizza Standards.

Ensure that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with Reggio’s standards.
-
Produce quality control records according to Reggio’s policies and procedures.
-
Collect payments for customer purchases via payment transaction devices.
-
Reconcile Crew Member’s cash drawer and store sales receipts.

Pass a Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check (airport location only)

Adhere to all Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol (airport location only)
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Strong verbal and written communication
-
Ability to work calmly under pressure
-
1 to 3 years of foodservice experience
-
Obtain Food Handler’s Manager Certification within thirty (30) days of hiring
-
Obtain Food Safety Allergen Certification within thirty (30) days of hiring
-
Liquor/BASSET Certification is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Able to lift to 25lbs

Able to stand for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day

Able to instantly bend, turn, twist, or lift over shoulders on a regular basis

Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality of the product
