You do NOT need elite gymnastics experience.
We will train the right candidate.
Backgrounds in gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, tumbling, martial arts, athletics, teaching, childcare, or youth development are all valuable.
We can teach gymnastics skills.
We cannot teach:
- energy,
- work ethic,
- attitude,
- leadership,
- or genuine care for children.
What You’ll Do
- Coach recreational gymnastics classes for ages 3–12
- Create a positive, structured, and engaging environment
- Lead warm-ups, drills, stations, and gymnastics progressions
- Build confidence and discipline through movement
- Encourage athletes through challenges and fears
- Positively communicate with parents and athletes
- Learn Parkettes’ coaching systems and methodology
- Grow as a coach, mentor, and leader
