As the Associate Director of Facilities, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring our behavioral health locations remain safe, compliant, efficient, and welcoming for patients, families, and employees.

As the Associate Director of Facilities, you will:
Support the planning, coordination, and oversight of facility operations across multiple locations
Assist with managing operating and capital budgets
Serve as the Safety Officer for the Safety Management Committee
Oversee security access control for all Camber-operated facilities
Lead facility projects while communicating progress, timelines, and priorities with senior leadership
Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment records, and utility maintenance remain compliant with OSHA, The Joint Commission (TJC), and other regulatory agencies
Coordinate federal, state, licensing, and accreditation inspections
Travel routinely to facilities to assess operations and support site-specific needs
Manage the organization's vehicle fleet, including maintenance, inventory, and purchasing
Partner with property management companies, contractors, and vendors on repairs and facility improvements
Oversee contracted services including housekeeping, maintenance, and food service operations
Help create safe, therapeutic environments that support exceptional behavioral healthcare
Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license, valid auto insurance and acceptable driving record
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Construction Science, or a related field
Three to five years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health environment
