Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator specializing in TIG welding to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components with precision and expertise. Your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to interpret blueprints will ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals, including sheet metal and pipe components, adhering to strict quality standards and safety protocols
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication processes
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts
- Measure materials accurately with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations on construction sites or manufacturing facilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in TIG welding with a strong understanding of welding techniques and materials
- Skilled in MIG welding (Metal Inert Gas)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and plasma cutting equipment
- Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for precise fabrication tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
