Illume Aesthetics is hiring an Aesthetician to join our luxury medical aesthetics practice. We specialize in customized skin treatments, anti-aging therapies, and premium homecare solutions. Our goal is to deliver exceptional results while creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skincare services, including facials, peels, and basic body therapies
- Consult with clients on skin concerns and recommend treatments and at-home skincare routines
- Partner with team members to ensure safe, quality care
- Promote products and services to support ongoing client results
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment spaces
Requirements:
- Oregon Aesthetician License (required)
- Professional, friendly, and confident in educating clients
- Interest in learning and growing skills in aesthetics
- Basic sales or product recommendation experience a plus
Results: In this Aesthetician role, you will be expected to:
- Meet monthly service and retail sales goals
- Maintain a high client rebooking rate and build repeat clientele
- Achieve high client satisfaction scores through exceptional care
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and sanitized for every appointment
- Support a positive, efficient workflow within the clinic
