## Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities.
## Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways and lobbies
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
## Requirements
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
