We’re partnering with a rapidly growing mission critical contractor looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to its team. - Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and overall financial performance
- Manage complex MEP-heavy scopes, including electrical, mechanical, controls, structured cabling, and supporting infrastructure
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project team members
- Coordinate closely with field leadership, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and ownership
- Serve as a primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and managing expectations
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, change orders, claims, and scope management
- Identify project risks early and develop strategies to protect schedule, budget, quality, and client commitments
- Drive QA/QC processes and ensure work meets project specifications, applicable codes, and mission critical standards
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, documentation, and project controls while providing regular updates to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of construction/project management experience, ideally within data centers, mission critical, advanced technology, or other highly technical environments
- Strong experience delivering MEP-intensive construction and fit-out projects
- Proven track record managing projects through the full lifecycle, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical distribution, HVAC/mechanical systems, controls, structured cabling, and critical systems
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, change management, forecasting, and client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders on fast-paced, technically complex projects
- Previous experience with colocation, hyperscale, enterprise, or advanced technology facilities is highly desirable
