Responsibilities

- Process payments securely via credit card POS systems and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and public spaces through regular cleaning and manual handling tasks.
- Support conflict management efforts by resolving issues promptly while upholding high standards of guest relations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and hospitality reservation systems.
