Commercial Cleaning Team Member (Full-Time)
DNC Facility Services – East Texas
Starting Pay: $13.50/hour
(With opportunities for increases as skills, responsibility, and hours grow)
We’re hiring dependable team members to join our commercial cleaning crews as we continue to grow across East Texas.
This role is ideal for someone looking for steady work, structured training, and room to grow as new accounts are added.
Schedule Options
- 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
⚠ Important:
As we grow, additional locations and hours will be added. Team members should expect schedules to evolve as routes and crews expand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning commercial buildings (offices, schools, facilities)
- Working as part of a small team (1–2 people)
- Following detailed cleaning systems and checklists
- Clocking in/out and viewing assignments through a mobile app
- Communicating clearly with teammates and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Flexible and dependable
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license required
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and work on your feet
- Cleaning experience is helpful, but not required (paid training provided)
