MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Full time Maintenance technician needed Apartment complex in Knoxville, TN
Maintenance Technician responsibilites:
- 1 year experience in apartment or facilities maintenance
- Works closely with Maintenance Supervisor to cultivate resident satisfaction and retention
- Perform maintenance/repairs including Apartment turnkey, minor electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs-move appliances
- Maintenance Technician needs to do dry wall repairs, small painting jobs
- HVAC certification a plus-will pay for certification if needed after 120 day probation
- some overtime possible
- Maintain physical integrity of grounds, common areas, office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, breezeways, models, pool
- Great starter position to learn the industry
