Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Dental Assistant/Clinical Manager to join our growing dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leadership, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while helping the team stay organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
- Oversee clinical workflow, scheduling coordination, and treatment room efficiency
- Train and mentor dental assistants and support staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of clinical supplies
- Help maintain a positive patient experience from check-in to treatment completion
- Coordinate communication between front office and clinical team
- Monitor team performance, punctuality, and accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of dental assisting experience required
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and lead in a busy environment
- Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental experience preferred
- X-ray certification required
- CPR certification required

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
