Restoration Specialists is looking for a highly motivated individual for a Project Manager in our Gainesville Office. This position requires the ability of interacting well with customers and peers. Candidate must have at least one year of experience in the construction industry preferably in the restoration industry.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency service calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Manage emergency/repair services.
- Create timeline, budget and schedule
- Maintain customer relations, accurate documentation through completion of job.
- Develop and maintain a sub base.
- Manage projects ensuring timelines and profit margins are met.
