The Guest Experience Associate - Carcierge is the face of Go Rentals, a guest-facing luxury hospitality role responsible for delivering five-star, personalized service at every touchpoint of the rental journey. Operating from premier airport, FBO, hotel, and resort locations across the country, this position serves as the trusted point of contact for high-net-worth guests, traveling executives, and aviation partners, ensuring every interaction reflects Go Rentals’ commitment to elevated guest experiences, refined attention to detail, and seamless luxury service.

Pay: $19.29 / hour + earned,
unlimited monthly commission!

- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Valid unrestricted driver’s license

Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable

Experience in sales and customer service

Must be 21 years of age or older

Excellent communication skills

Experience in aviation, auto rental, guest services, or hospitality, preferred

Willingness to travel for extended periods

Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy, preferred

College degree, preferred

Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
PAY RANGES: Pay ranges may vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
