Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory. Supervise warehouse associates, assign work, and ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Forklift experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse associates.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.
- Verify inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Train employees on warehouse procedures and safety.
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Communicate with employees and supervisors in English and Spanish.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- 3+ years of warehouse experience.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory.
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer/WMS experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $17-20/hr
