Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cash management, and cashiering procedures
- Support customers with banking-related inquiries or financial services when applicable
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle loan processing or financial software tasks as needed to support customer accounts
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked to create an inviting shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills including retail math and cash handling proficiency are essential
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks efficiently for cash management and transaction processing
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and manage financial transactions confidently
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about banking, financial services, or loan processing processes
