Position Overview:
Compass Arizona is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed Transaction Coordinator to join our Transaction Management Team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient real estate transactions from listing to closing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, works well within established systems, and collaborates effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines and contractual obligations are met
- Review and process purchase contracts, listing agreements, disclosures, and all supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with agents, clients, escrow officers, lenders, and vendors throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Maintain organized, up-to-date transaction files in accordance with company policies and Arizona state regulations
- Track critical dates, contingencies, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Utilize internal transaction management systems and tools efficiently and consistently
- Communicate proactively with all parties to provide status updates and resolve issues quickly
- Support listing coordination tasks, including inputting listings, uploading documents, and managing MLS details
- Ensure a high level of service and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
- Minimum 3+ years of transaction coordination experience in real estate, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of Arizona real estate contracts, forms, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to take direction, follow established processes, and work within structured systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support overall transaction management operations
- Proficiency in document management systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within a brokerage or transaction management team environment
- Experience Excel, Adobe, Dropbox management software
