I am looking for a qualified maintenance technician for this 76 unit apartment complex. They need to be dependable, show up on time, a self starter, able to stay busy on their own, and have a good attitude. Daily job duties include completing tenant maintenance requests, getting apartments ready to rent after someone moves out, keeping the grounds and common areas looking nice, and preventative maintenance. On call for after hours emergencies (paid at time and a half).
My current employees enjoy working for me because I am not corporate and they do not have a boss who is constantly micromanaging them. This job requires the maintenance tech to be responsible and trustworthy to run the property on their own. Please email me if you are interested in learning more.
