We are a busy, family-owned, and operated pet resort in Oxford, MA. We are looking to add 1 new receptionist to our pack to help keep up with our ever-growing client base. This is not a "sit behind a desk" type job. We easily get in 10,000+ steps and 15-20 flights of stairs in an 8-hour shift. You need to be able to handle cats and dogs (some up to 140 pounds), be willing to notice and clean up messes, move dogs in and out of pens for playtimes, etc. Reception duties include: filing, answering calls, booking clients into our online system, etc. We work together as a team to accomplish the same goal. Providing a happy, healthy, and safe environment for our guests. Must be reliable, as our guests depend on us showing up for work every day. Weekend availability is required. Looking for every other weekend and a few nights on the opposite weeks.
