Real Property Management Enterprises is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Property Coordinator/Runner to join our team. This is a hands-on, out-in-the-field position that plays an important role in keeping our properties running smoothly and supporting our office team.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections
- Post yard signs, lockboxes, and required notices
- Take marketing photos of properties when needed
- Schedule and coordinate seasonal property evaluations
- Assist office staff with outside-the-office duties as they arise
- Perform light touch-up tasks before move-ins, such as light sweeping, wiping down counters, and removing any trash left behind
- Support general field operations as needed

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to drive between properties throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18 per hour
- 90-Day Review: Opportunity for a raise based on performance, experience, and attendance

- Paid Time Off: 10 days PTO after one year, prorated beginning after 90-day probationary period
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- This position includes a 90-day probationary period. At the end of that time, you will meet with your manager for a performance review.
- After the 90-day probationary period, you will become eligible for 401(k) matching up to 5% and PTO benefits, prorated for the remainder of the year.
