We are looking for an experienced and professional, full-time Hospice RN Case Manager to care for our patients in the South Orange County area.
Immediate Hire Position
WORKING CONDITIONS - Hospice patients in private homes, Board & Care and Rehabilitation Facilities
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week with paid overtime
Hourly: $53-55 per hour
Paid mileage @ .72 cents per mile

- NO Weekends!
Ability to commute/relocate:
- South Orange County, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- RN (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- Visiting patients private homes, board and care and rehab facilities
