Job Description: Early Childhood Lead Teacher
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), year-round
Salary Range: $40,360 - $42,140

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our preschool (2.5-6 year-olds) and creative programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education, creative arts, and fostering a nurturing, play-based learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Classroom Leadership:
- Lead and implement daily activities and lessons.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children ages 3–5.
- Provide individual attention and support to students as needed.
- Creative Arts Support:
- Help facilitate creative arts activities, including music, drama, and movement for children up to the age of 12.
- Incorporate music, movement, and creativity where possible.
Qualifications:
- PDIS Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 (Level 2 or above)
- Experience with early childhood education and/or childcare
- A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Strong interest in creative arts and play-based learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
Requirements:
- PDIS Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 (Level 2 or above) or the ability to qualify for Level 2 or above.
- Must be able to complete required training hours prior to the start date.
- CPR certification (can be completed on-site if not already certified).
- Must pass a background check.
Schedule:
- Full-time M-F (8:30-5:30)
- The school year runs from August-May with summer camps in June and July.
- Time off is available over holidays, between school and summer camp, and spring break.
- 40 hours of PTO.
