Job Summary
To provide excellent customer service to all guests staying with MT. Hood Management. Maintaining safe and clean Amenities and properties on behalf of the Collins Lake Resort and The Grand Lodges H.O.A.’s. Diligently documenting occurrences throughout the length of the work shift. As well as preforming a variety of Collins Lake Resort and The Grand Lodges H.O.A. related tasks designated by supervisors.
Essential Job Functions

Secure CLR and GL Property from trespassers, and theft of service.

Respond to any and all calls received by the security phone, and resolve any problems brought to your attention by our guests and home owners to the best of your training and abilities.

Maintain safe and healthy work environment, security of units.

Monitor and report potential guest damages, theft in units and CLR and GL properties.

Regularly check the status of the chemicals in both the CLR and GL pools and spas.

Add chemicals to the CLR and GL pools and spas as they are required.

Maintain cleanliness of all CLR and GL pool and spas including but not limited to vacuuming, skimming, scrubbing, emptying skimmer baskets, backwashing filters, emptying screens on pumps, and refreshing water.

When possible check with guest / home owners to assure their satisfaction.

Report maintenance issues.

Monitor all buildings for both the CLR and GL properties checking for Fire and other hazards.

Direct parking out of fire lanes and snow fall zones.

Respond to and resolve noise complaints throughout CLR and GL properties.
-
Nightly clean all bathrooms associated with the CLR and GL pool facilities as well as stocking all supplies.

Nightly make sure that CLR and GL club house interior and exteriors remain clean this includes but is not limited to vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen, picking up trash, emptying trash cans, light land scaping, sweeping, mopping, ect.

Keep record of inventory of pool chemicals and supplies including but not limited to, soap, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.

Remove snow at Both CLR and GL pool facilities. (winter season)

Patrolling CLR and GL properties for liter, stocking and maintaining dog waste stations.

Remove trash from waste receptacles at the CLR and GL pool facilities as well as the elevator landing in the north and south Grand Lodges

Keep North and South lodge exterior doors locked and check all doors throughout both the CLR and GL facilities that need to remain locked.

Assist guests with directions or questions.

Respond to emails and generate an email of the occurrences of the night.

Communicate schedules and changes with staff.
-
Hold open communication and relationships with managers in various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Complete check list of tasks throughout the shift.

Complete closing procedures at both CLR and GL pool facilities.
Requirements

Able to handle a multi task environment.
-
Ability to add and balance pool chemicals. Basic knowledge of water chemistry.

Ability to operate pool related equipment. Filters, heaters, pumps, ect.

Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Previous resort and / or customer relations.
-
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
-
Basic computer skills.
-
Basic home repair skills. Light bulb replacement, smoke alarms, thermostat operation.

Valid driver license.
-
Aptitude for problem solving and trouble shooting.

Ability to work as a team player.
-
Come to work when scheduled and on time.
