Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Requirements:
- Availability to work Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day.
- Responsibility, accountability, and dependability.
- Ability to work by oneself as well as part of a team.
- Professional appearance.
- Ages 18 and over only
