Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus daily bonus opportunities. Experienced candidates with proven leadership skills may be considered for a team captain role and receive higher starting pay as well as increased daily bonuses.
As a Lighting Installer, you will be on the front lines, transforming residential and commercial properties into stunning winter displays. You’ll work as part of a skilled team, using professional-grade equipment to bring our clients' visions to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently install holiday lighting and decor on residential and commercial properties.
- Work comfortably and safely on ladders, roofs, and at various heights, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Operate company vehicles to transport tools and materials to job sites.
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
- Perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be insured by the company.
- Must be comfortable and physically able to work on ladders and roofs. This is a non-negotiable requirement of the job.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in holiday lighting, landscaping, roofing, construction, or gutter installation is a major plus.
- Bilingual ability in both Spanish and English is highly valued.
