Job Summary
We are seeking a Cath Lab Tech for our Outpatient Interventional Cath Lab in San Antonio. Focus will be on prepping patients, scrubbing, and monitoring coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, but above all providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrub & Circulate: Assist physician during diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining flawless sterile technique.
- Hemodynamic Monitoring: Monitor procedures using Mac-Lab. Read, interpret, and document real-time ECG and hemodynamic waveforms.
- Vascular Access & Safety: Assist with femoral/radial vascular access, hold manual pressure, deploy vascular closure devices, and adhere to strict radiation safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience scrubbing and monitoring cardiac and peripheral procedures.
- Skills: Strong competence in sterile field management, advanced wire/catheter manipulation, atherectomy systems, and endovascular equipment.
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required.
Pay: $72,800.00 - $93,600.00 per year
