Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Job Location: Austin, TX 78701
Job Type: Contract
Job Duties:
- Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
- Sterilizing equipment and instruments.
- Stocking adequate supplies for surgery.
- Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
- Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies.
- Tracking surgical supplies.
- Staying up-to-date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
- Working well with surgeons, surgical assistant, nurses and general surgical team.
- Helping provide great patient care
Job Requirements:
- BLS from AHA
- NBSTSA/NCCT
- 1+ years of Experience as Surgical Tech
- Must have experience in Ortho, Neuro/Spine, Burns, General, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Robotics, Vascular, Kidney transplant, Trauma
Schedule:
- 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- 5x8
- 40 Hours Per Week
