Marketwisely, LLC is a nationwide home services marketing company. We generate leads, quote customers, close deals, and coordinate projects across the United States. Our team works remotely and partners with subcontractors to complete a wide variety of residential and commercial service projects.
We are growing rapidly and are looking for a highly organized, resourceful Project Coordinator to help manage projects from start to finish.
About the Role
This is not a traditional construction project management role. Instead, you'll be responsible for coordinating projects remotely by sourcing subcontractors, communicating with customers, solving problems, and ensuring jobs are completed successfully.
You will take ownership of projects after they have been sold and work directly with customers and subcontractors to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable negotiating with contractors, and able to independently solve problems without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Source and vet local subcontractors throughout the United States
- Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with contractors
- Coordinate schedules between customers and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet customer expectations
- Handle customer communications and provide project updates
- Resolve issues that arise during projects
- Verify that work has been completed according to the agreed scope
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and communications
- Build and maintain a database of reliable subcontractors across multiple trades and locations
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full-time availability
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, service providers, or projects
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant oversight
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets, CRMs, and project management software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home services, construction, property maintenance, or related industries
- Experience hiring, managing, or coordinating subcontractors
- Experience with customer service and conflict resolution
- Existing network of contractors or tradespeople is a plus
Compensation
- Independent contractor position
- Compensation is paid per project
- Typical earnings are approximately $200–$600 per project, depending on project size and profitability
- Most projects require about 4 hours of coordination spread over multiple days
Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
