NYS Easy Air is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Receptionist / Patient Intake Coordinator to join our growing team. This position serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking home support services through New York's Medicaid 1115 Waiver Program.

Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Speak with Medicaid members and caregivers regarding available home support services.
- Conduct initial eligibility screenings using company guidelines and software.
- Verify basic member information and determine potential program eligibility.
- Schedule appointments for screenings.
- Accurately enter client information into the company's database.
- Maintain detailed notes and documentation for each interaction.
- Answer general questions about available services and the referral process.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing information or scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the workday.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based software.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in medical reception, healthcare, customer service, call centers, or Medicaid programs is preferred but not required.
