Drivers in this position are on an activity-based pay plan and average $86,233 a year.
Job Details:
- $0.54-$0.58 cents per mile
- No-touch stop pay: $30 per stop
- Driver assist stop pay: $45 per stop
- Doubles loads: $25 per load
- Outsource work: $200-$400 per day
- New hire training pay: $20 per hour. $30 per hour for overtime.
- Holiday pay: $300 per day
