Our Stamford based client has an open for an experienced Accountant working in an integral role within the Accounting Team. Responsible for driving the month end close and financial reporting process. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities including assisting with month end close activities, journal entries, financial reporting, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, account analysis and special projects. The candidate should have a BS Degree in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience with strong GAAP and G/L knowledge.
