Job Description
We are a small law firm seeking an organized, reliable Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support attorneys and staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and understands the importance of confidentiality in a legal setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support attorneys and staff with scheduling, coordination, and administrative needs
- Assist with billing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain personnel records and assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Oversee front office operations and ensure a professional client experience
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with legal billing or practice management software is a plus
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
