Workshop Manager (Warehouse Manager)
We’re seeking a skilled Workshop Manager with a blend of hands-on mechanical expertise and team leadership. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring our workshop runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment (e.g., vacuums, generators, floor grinders).
- Assign daily jobs to employees and manage the morning dispatch.
- Ensure trailers, tools, and workshop spaces are organized and maintained.
- Manage inventory: order products and materials as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting, and navigate our CRM system to manage workflows.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical skills with a variety of tools and equipment.
- Experience leading teams and organizing daily tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfort with CRM systems and general tech.
Starting pay: $50,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise. Full time position.
