Pennswood Village, a Senior Living community located in Newtown, PA, Bucks County, is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team.
Responsibilities:
- Restore patient mobility, function, and independence through individualized treatment plans.
- Assess and evaluate residents? conditions, interpreting test results and progress to adjust therapy plans.
- Develop and implement personalized Plans of Treatment, including short- and long-term goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use of appropriate equipment.
- Evaluate the fit and use of prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications.
- Communicate progress and care plans with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy services.
