- 3-4, 12-hour shifts
- Day (6am-6pm)
- NOC (6pm-6am)
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! You will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
We have 130 beds with four unique units—Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Dementia, and Bariatric—you’ll find variety in your work and support from a team that feels like family!

Qualifications:
- Current LPN license
- CPR certification
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
