We are currently seeking a high-energy, outgoing, and customer-focused Fragrance Workshop Instructor & Event Brand Ambassador to support both our retail workshop experiences and mobile fragrance bar events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys interacting with people, and has experience in beauty, fragrance, hospitality, retail, workshops, or event marketing.
Ideal Experience Backgrounds
We’d love to meet candidates with experience in:
- Sephora or Ulta Beauty
- Macy’s fragrance or cosmetics department
- Beauty retail or skincare sales
- Bartending or hospitality
- Brand ambassador or experiential marketing
- Event hosting or wedding/event staffing
- Workshop instruction or teaching
- Luxury retail or customer experience roles
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop & Retail Responsibilities
- Lead and host interactive perfume-making workshops for guests
- Guide customers through fragrance blending and customization experiences
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fun, luxury retail environment
- Demonstrate and recommend fragrances and beauty products
- Assist guests with workshop bookings and retail purchases
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately
- Upsell products, workshops, and fragrance experiences
- Maintain visual merchandising and restock products as needed
- Assist with social media content for Instagram and TikTok
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and upbeat atmosphere for every guest
Event Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down the Tijon mobile perfume bar at events
- Transport and organize fragrance inventory, supplies, and event materials
- Create memorable guest experiences at weddings, private parties, and corporate events
- Engage guests while educating them on fragrance notes and customization options
- Manage guest flow efficiently during high-volume events
- Promote future bookings and generate business opportunities organically
- Maintain clean, polished, luxury presentation standards
- Assist with loading, unloading, lifting, and transporting event equipment
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with guests throughout the day
- Weekend availability required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and Point of Sale systems
- Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy event equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, hospitality, or luxury retail
- Previous experience at Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, or similar beauty retailers
- Bartending, promotional, event, or hospitality experience
- Public speaking, teaching, training, or workshop hosting experience
- Social media content creation experience
- Sales and upselling experience
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Access to a truck or large SUV is a plus

- Tuesday–Thursday: By Appointment Only
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
