Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service management and business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience, JavaScript skills, and expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows

Configure ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules

Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

Implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance

Work with business teams to gather requirements

Create technical documentation and mentor junior developers

6+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Strong JavaScript and scripting skills

Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations

Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, and FSM

Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

Agile/Scrum experience

ServiceNow certifications are a plus
