We are offering a position for a full time Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our faced paced GI Center. Looking for a dynamic individual who has strong communication/people skills, that is outgoing and able to multitask. A Bilingual Call Center Representative should be detail oriented, caring, punctual, courteous and able to take on challenges and solve problems independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance with inquiries or issues
- Enter patient information and details into the system accurately and efficiently in EMR system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving problems
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Familiarity with medical office terminology and procedures is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, especially in languages commonly spoken in the local community
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service
