Job Responsibilities
In this growing company, you will be a contributor to the continued success of our corporation. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the company. In this role, your meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, judgment, and follow-through will be critical to success.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist in the duties & task management of all administrative support personnel
- Complete accurate and timely billing
- Audit and correct billing and client attendance information
- Check timecard punches
- Process payroll
- Demonstrate knowledge of payroll rules, regulations, and calculations.
- Understand local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Coordinate and manage client/staff schedules including appointments and meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Produce and distribute correspondence through emails, letters, and faxes
- Develop and edit letters, forms, and other materials
- Develop and maintain files
- Work within Microsoft Office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general support to clients and employees
- Assist other office staff and managers, as needed
- Work on special projects, as assigned
Job Requirements
As an Administrative Assistant, you should be detailed, flexible, and enthusiastic. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, are essential.
