Organizational Relationships
Reports To: Director of Operations

Primary Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance and Repair- Ensure safe and reliable operation of production and facility equipment including:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Assist in diagnosing root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions
Facilities Support- Support the upkeep and safety of the facility including:
- Perform general building and grounds maintenance
- Assist with facility projects such as equipment installations, renovations, and safety upgrades
- Monitor and maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies
Secondary Responsibilities
Operational Support- Provide support to operations team as directed:
- Assist production staff with minor equipment adjustments during shifts
- Support safety initiatives and participate in facility inspections
- Assist Director of Operations with vendor coordination for outside repairs or projects
- Developing maintenance systems and procedures
Other Responsibilities Might Include -
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to efficiency and safety
- Provide input on equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Assist with emergency response when facility or equipment issues arise

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Technical or Vocational Training in Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Fields (Preferred)
- 5+ Years of Maintenance Technician Experience (Required)
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Proficient with basic hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate within ERP system
Travel Requirements

- Lifting 50 pounds
- Stirring, chopping, sweeping, bending, twisting
- Standing for long periods of time
- Tolerance for cold temperatures
