Now Hiring: HVAC Technician
All Seasons Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our staff in Jacksonville, NC. An HVAC Service Technician in this role will be responsible for diagnosing and servicing our customers' HVAC Systems. Candidates should have 2 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment with minimal supervision.
HVAC Service Technicians should have their own basic hand tools. They must have a CFC license to handle freon and also a valid driver's license. The HVAC Service Technician will have a fully stocked van and an I-Pad, with which to attend job assignments. The HVAC Service Technician will typically work a 40 hour week, but there will be the opportunities to work overtime for additional pay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. The HVAC Technician will work directly with the Service Dept. staff with scheduling and procuring parts and supplies.
2. The HVAC Technician will consult with the customers and keep organized and accurate records.
3. It is important that the HVAC Technician determine the customer needs and discuss all possible solutions.
4. The HVAC Technician will make the customer aware and be able to explain the advantage of our Maintenance Agreement as well as perform the preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity.
5. The HVAC Technician will conduct performance test with specialized tools to
diagnose and repair systems
Requirement and Qualifications
1. HVAC Technician should have at least 2 years of experience
2. HVAC Technician has be certified through the EPA to handle refrigerants.
3. HVAC Technicians must have no fear of heights and be comfortable climbing a ladder.
4. HVAC Technicians should have no pre-existing health condition that would prevent them from performing the job.
5. HVAC Technician is required to have a valid drivers license.

Your relevant skills in mechanical knowledge, appliance repair, and property maintenance will be essential in providing top-notch field service and equipment repair. Possessing EPA Type III and HVAC certifications, along with a valid driver's license, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HVAC services while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
