Part-Time Office Manager — Established Honolulu Real Estate Brokerage
SC Realty LLC, a Honolulu-based brokerage managing ~800 rental units plus HOA/AOAO accounts, is hiring a part-time Office Manager to support our property management and accounting operations.
The role:
Day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks (Desktop; transitioning to AppFolio)
- Processing payables/receivables and reconciling accounts
- Supporting property management workflows and owner/tenant communications
- General office coordination and administrative support
You’re a fit if you have:
- Solid QuickBooks experience (Desktop a plus)
- Property management software experience (AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling financials independently
- Local to Oahu and able to work [in-office / hybrid] in [neighborhood]
Details:
- Less than 20 hours per week
- $25-$30 per hour
- Long-term role with a stable, established company
