Job Summary
We are seeking as-needed, on-call nannies to provide group or individual childcare during special events. Shifts vary based on event bookings and may include:

▪ Conferences
▪ Church events
▪ Hotel or travel care
▪ Private parties
▪ Community events
This role is ideal for caregivers who want extra income, flexible scheduling, and occasional work without committing to a weekly placement.
Responsibilities
▪ Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for children during events
▪ Supervise group activities, crafts, games, and playtime
▪ Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
▪ Assist with meals, snacks, and diapering
▪ Follow all safety and check-in/check-out procedures
▪ Communicate professionally with parents, event staff, and the agency
▪ Support children of various ages (infants to school-age)
Required Qualifications
▪ Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience
▪ Current CPR & First Aid certification
▪ Clean background check
▪ Reliable transportation
▪ Ability to work independently and in group-care settings
▪ Professional, punctual, and dependable
▪ Comfortable caring for multiple children in a structured environment
Preferred Qualifications
▪ Experience with group childcare
▪ Infant care experience
▪ Special needs experience
▪ Bilingual (bonus)
